Choosing a professional beauty plan can be intimidating. A phone consultation can be scheduled to answer questions, talk about your concerns, and discuss any possible medical contraindications. We'll prioritize your concerns and schedule services in a way that fits your lifestyle. Consultations are always free and usually take about 20 minutes. *In-office consultations are required before scheduling permanent makeup services if you have had previous permanent makeup from another artist in that area, or if you have any skin conditions or serious health concerns. **If scheduling a minor for a semi-permanent brow service such as lamination, waxing, or tint the parent and minor must be seen for an in-office consultation prior to scheduling their first appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment times are reserved especially for each client. To maintain fairness and efficiency, the following cancellation policy is in place: Cancellations & Rescheduling • A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in the loss of the deposit. • A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment after a late cancellation or no-show. _____ No-Shows • Missing an appointment without notice is considered a no-show. • No-shows will result in a forfeited deposit and will require a new deposit to rebook. _____ Deposits • A deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice or for no-shows. • If an appointment is canceled with more than 48 hours' notice, the deposit can be applied to a future booking. _____ Life can be unpredictable. This policy is in place to protect the time and preparation that goes into each appointment. With proper notice, rescheduling is always possible and appreciated.
