Change each night for 48 hours •Do not wash your hair or scalp for 24 hours after treatment •Use a gentle, sulfate-free shampoo after 24 hours •Avoid sweating, saunas, and swimming for 48 hours •Do not apply oils, serums, or active products for 48 hours •Avoid sun exposure to the scalp for 48 hours •Resume topical growth products (if applicable) after 48 hours •Stay hydrated and maintain a healthy diet to support new growth
Cancellation Policy
Appointment times are reserved especially for each client. To maintain fairness and efficiency, the following cancellation policy is in place: Cancellations & Rescheduling • A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in the loss of the deposit. • A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment after a late cancellation or no-show. _____ No-Shows • Missing an appointment without notice is considered a no-show. • No-shows will result in a forfeited deposit and will require a new deposit to rebook. _____ Deposits • A deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice or for no-shows. • If an appointment is canceled with more than 48 hours' notice, the deposit can be applied to a future booking. _____ Life can be unpredictable.
