Please note that you cannot schedule a waxing appointment if the area is sunburnt, rash is present, or you've had permanent makeup in the last month. You also need to wait two weeks after finishing any antibiotics or steriods (oral and topical) to prevent lifting of the skin. *If scheduling a minor for a semi-permanent brow service the parent and minor must be seen for an in-office consultation prior to scheduling their first appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment times are reserved especially for each client. To maintain fairness and efficiency, the following cancellation policy is in place: Cancellations & Rescheduling • A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in the loss of the deposit. • A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment after a late cancellation or no-show. _____ No-Shows • Missing an appointment without notice is considered a no-show. • No-shows will result in a forfeited deposit and will require a new deposit to rebook. _____ Deposits • A deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice or for no-shows. • If an appointment is canceled with more than 48 hours' notice, the deposit can be applied to a future booking. _____ Life can be unpredictable. This policy is in place to protect the time and preparation that goes into each appointment. With proper notice, rescheduling is always possible and appreciated.
