Brow lamination is a semi-permanent cosmetic procedure that involves perming eyebrow hairs to make them look fuller, straighter, and more defined. Brow lamination typically lasts between 4-6 weeks. In order to get the most of your brow lamination, strict aftercare instructions must be followed. Your aftercare kit and optional tinting is included with this service. *A patch test will be performed behind the ear upon arriving for your appointment to for check for sensitivity/allergies. A complimentary 24 hour patch test can be scheduled upon request. **If scheduling a minor for a semi-permanent brow service the parent and minor must be seen for an in-office consultation prior to scheduling their first appointment. A 24 hour patch test is required for anyone under the age of 18 prior to scheduling brow lamination.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment times are reserved especially for each client. To maintain fairness and efficiency, the following cancellation policy is in place: Cancellations & Rescheduling • A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in the loss of the deposit. • A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment after a late cancellation or no-show. _____ No-Shows • Missing an appointment without notice is considered a no-show. • No-shows will result in a forfeited deposit and will require a new deposit to rebook. _____ Deposits • A deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice or for no-shows. • If an appointment is canceled with more than 48 hours' notice, the deposit can be applied to a future booking. _____ Life can be unpredictable. This policy is in place to protect the time and preparation that goes into each appointment. With proper notice, rescheduling is always possible and appreciated.
